singo always attaches great importance to the growth of employees and partners. In 2003, we founded singo School to improve the training system and nurture internal talent.

On September 28, 2011, singo Business School was officially established, becoming an important platform for promoting continuous education and lifelong learning. We believe that the power of learning transforms individuals and empowers organizations.

As of 2023, the business school has conducted 279 courses, trained more than 10,000 professionals, and provided high-end talent for enterprises and industries. The courses cover leadership development, fashion design, production techniques, customer service, and brand management—helping our teams stay competitive in a fast-evolving industry.

singo actively organizes, participates in, and advocates various environmental initiatives. In 2007, we launched a campaign to protect the cultural heritage of the Yellow River, spanning 8 provinces and 13 cities.

We also contributed to the long-term project “Ecological Protection of Alashan – Planting Trees with Compassion.” Over ten years, we planted over 66 hectares of trees in desert areas, digging deep pits to combat desertification and bring back greenery.

The company established a team of environmental protection volunteers, participating in social environmental public welfare activities, and promoting singo's green and environmental protection concept.
